When a hotel is activated with Hotel Link Pay, they do not need to collect the credit card details any more because Hotel Link Pay will collect and charge the guest in half of hotel, they will pay to hotel directly in any cases.

1. When hotel requires no deposit from guest, the booking is still processed as usual without charging the card, then hotel will update the payment manually by clicking on the Charge Card button under booking details page in the system, the transaction will be sent to Kovena/Hotel Link Pay automatically through API so they will proceed with the payment for hotel.

2. When hotel requires amount of deposit, the transaction will be notifed and charged automatically by Kovena/Hotel Link Pay right after the reservation is successful and the status of payment will be updated to "Received" under booking details page.
